My younger sister moved here for her first place out of the house. From what she says the rent is affordable for what it is. It was just finished being built last year I think, so everything is nice and new. She has me over to visit from time to time. The complex is secured with a key card system you need to unlock the doors, but you can also call whoever you're there to see from the front door. There's an intercom organized by last name the tenants can answer and unlock the door from their phone, which I thought was kindof neat. All the tenants I've met have been nice. One lady lent us a snow shovel out of her truck to dig our cars out after the big snowstorm we had a few weeks ago, which was very kind since we didn't have one. They are strict about no smoking in the building, and I've seen the cops called multiple times due to complaints from that. Overall from my experience, a nice place to live if you are looking for an affordable apartment in Ashland, OH.

I got turned down because I overqualified. However, the management lady was very polite and respectful. Overall my experience with them was brief but pleasant!

If you are a disabled veteran going to school they will not allow you to rent from them.
