I had the pleasure to photograph a wedding at Woodstock Farm recently and boy, is this one beautiful spot. Just south of Bellingham proper, the 'farm' is situated right above Bellingham Bay and has breathtaking views for a ceremony, first look, or portraits. The event space isn't overly large, but it's well-maintained and stylishly rustic. For very large weddings, parking might be a challenge, but the location probably makes it worthwhile. Not to mention the proximity of downtown Bellingham, literally minutes away, where dozens more locations and venues await and it's hard to beat.

Simply beautiful, and almost always uncrowded. Old growth firs, cedar, and a few sequoia trees; great views of Chuckanut bay; herbs, fruit trees, wild blackberries for the picking.

Quaint trail exploring this place We combined it with Teddy Bear Cove hike to a total of 3.5 miles hike. Really amazing views on the property and a little "education board" synopsis of the points of interest concerning its history at the large house by the driveway
