Staff was rude and ghetto. No one was professional and every employee had a attitude. Terrible experience and I feel awful for people that need to go there

To join the rewards simply install the csl plasma app and on there there's a page to sign up for the rewards program could be wrong but I think you need two donations for the points to show up

Best bet is to call up there and ask because they can be picky about what you can bring. The process takes a few hours for new donors so expect to be there for awhile.
