Tough on the legs and lungs but great rocky technical mtb trail. Seems like a short trail but time passes while you're working hard through the features. Need to be careful of folks walking their dogs or jogging.

Not great. The trails are not very well designed and it's hard to get into a rhythm on even the trails marked "Easier." For those who are considering visiting this area, the Easier trails are really Intermediate and the Intermediate are really Difficult compared to other mountain bike parks on Long Island. For example on a new Intermediate Trail, they added a narrow bridge, but it's very difficult to cross because it's a sharp left over rocks with high railings. Worse, there's a steep climb afterwards. Should have picked a better crossing point and the rails should ramp up to the highest point from the entry. ClimbOnline was certainly challenged by the terrain, which is rocky, sandy and muddy, sometimes all within 5 feet, but it doesn't feel like there was real thought put into these trails compared to other locations. Worse, the place is infested with Ticks. Even worse, there is poison ivy EVERYWHERE, so wear long pants and slather yourself in Deet, if you go.

Amazing trails with a variety of difficulty. It is extremely well-kept and neat. There is easy to read signage everywhere so you won't end up on a trail you didn't want to be on.
