Very slow to check in. There always a line of drivers to check in.

truckers: exel check in / out by door 21. premises under a gate entry so no overnight parking! don’t arrive more than an hour before your appt time or they will make you wait. back in, unhook when assigned door and pull forward from trailer slightly while they load you, and dock worker comes out and lets you know when it’s done. hook back up, pull forward, they seal the trailer doors and you go check out same place you check in. start to finish took about 2 hours, but i arrived at my appt time.
