Horrible customer service and a horrible attitude. I spoke to the company prior to them arriving and told them my car would not start and he knew that there was snow. He said nothing to me about making sure the snow was removed from around the vehicle. He came after I had waited 90 minutes and denied the tow. I am happy I was at home and not stuck in a ditch somewhere. I am from Chicago and they can handle any type of tow, never expected to be denied because of snow and he was so rude about it, don't call this company if you have a critical circumstance, rude and horrible attitude and customer service.
