I called the office today in regards to seeing if my online account was activated or deactivated because I was having trouble signing in online. Simple question right? Well, the person I was on the phone with was awfully rude and had a terrible tone and attitude. She was very short and said, “I don’t have that information I can give you the number you need like I just said I would.” Then after calling around to find someone else, the person that helped me then was quite short and had an attitude as well. This is not the first time this has happened. In the past when it had occurred, I went on and thought that maybe they were just having a bad day and it was coming off on me. However, since I have gotten rude attitudes from several of the employees several times I figured I would let some other people know what they were getting in to if they were considering working for Kelly Services.

Pineville office put me at Stanley Black and Decker. Was cut 1 month after orders stopped coming in. Was told to contact the Rock Hill SC office. Only was asked if I'd do assembly after I kept telling them "no" to assembly but YES to office work. Kept having to email them weekly to try for any updates. All I ever got told was that they were working on it. Despite that, I noticed a bunch of office jobs on their site for applicants. Yet I was getting"black balled" because I wouldn't take their assembly job. They KNEW I had Zero assembly experience. They don't listen!!
