The apartment was not clean or ready for us on our move in date, but we were patient as they gave us a free week of rent to make up for it. The previous tenants clearly abused the property which is a shame, but unfortunately it has been nearly 2 months and we have still struggled to get maintenance work completed to fix move in issues. Most frustrating is that tickets are being closed without the work ever being completed and we have had to place multiple tickets to get it done. Another resident posted about this recently, so unfortunately it is not just us. I have also had to clean up after maintenance staff after they have left. The office staff is friendly and responsive, it just appears to be maintenance that is an issue.

Moved in last April. Nice community, decent price (market is ridiculously high currently, so it’s while it’s within market rate, it’s still objectively expensive), amenities are good. One of the touted benefits the leasing staff eagerly explained while touring the community was a 4hr response time to service requests (during business hours). Since I’ve been here, there’s been a broken cabinet door in my kitchen that I’ve submitted service requests for 3 times (4/17/22, 6/1/22, and finally today, 7/6/22). The previous two requests were met with ‘we have ordered new mounting, hardware and will install in 7-10 days,’ and then it’s simply forgotten. Hope this review catches their attention! It’s not that a broken cabinet is a major hardship, it’s the lack of integrity behind adhering to a business agreement that irks me (the agreement being I pay my contractual rental fees monthly in return for service, support and maintenance). You can bet if I was late on rent I’d hear about it quickly, but as long as rent is paid in a timely manner, management appears complacent to the agreements they made to their tenants.
