Edit after living here for a year, Front desk 10/10 super nice people and are willing to help out Maintenance 5/10 everything was half done. They didn’t seem to care if it was working at peek performance just enough to get by. Over all 0/10 would NOT recommend. With apartments these days being over 1500, these apartments seem like a steal for their cheaper prices … but that’s the catch. You get exactly what you pay for. These apartments were build in the 90s and haven’t had much upgrades or repairs. Biggest thing was the noise for us, you can hear everything your top neighbor and side neighbors are doing. Top thing wasn’t the blasting music at night, it was being able to hear our top floor neighbor USE HIS OWN TOILET. Disgusting ! The area is sketchy and kinda white trashy, people living there are a bit on the meaner side. I never truly felt safe, always made sure my car was parked by the car ports for the light security. We were biting at the bit for our lease to end, even left a week earlier. All and all in my experience I hated this place, and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Original Review)) These apartments are terrible, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. There goes what could have been a relaxing Sunday afternoon instead you’re stuck with listening your neighbors screaming at each other. Already had to move to a different apartment room because of noise, and it’s no better.
