The power went out in my apartment at 6:15 p.m. one evening and i called for emergency maintenance and management several times and they did not get back to me till the next day. So i spent the evening the evening without power till i took it into my own hands and found the breaker box outside the complex. . Neglectful on their part!

This building is not clean any more. It used to be a place I was proud to bring my family and friends too, it isn't any more. Windows are VERY dirty, hot tub doesn't work, call box out of order. Maintenance is the worst I've seen. Floors only vacuumed once every month. IF WE ARE LUCKY, they should be vacuumed once a week like they used to be. I used the Grand room, I cleaned it after and the floor was very dirty that I used 5 swiffers to clean it. It was dirty before I used it. I like to be proud of where I live, but it has changed lately. I don't like to complaine, so I appreciate you reaching out to me. The entrance outside could be helped by just blowing the spider webs and dirt away, that would probably only take about ten minutes. Thanks again Rose .I would still recommend living here, I love my apt. I have lived here since the first day it opened. A year ago I would have given a 10 star rating, it was that beautiful. I am sure it will be beautiful with a little more work. I have hope.

My friend moved into these BEAUTIFUL apartments recently and after I saw her new home I knew I had to be a part of this place! These apartments are spacious, bright and the kitchen appliances and cabinets are so pretty! I was amazed at the cleanliness of the common areas as it is most difficult to keep carpet looking new and clean with so much traffic.The decor is chic and bright. I thought the complex was only 2 or 3 years old, not 8 or 9, as it appears to be so very well kept! That tells me management and maintenance work as a team FOR the senior residents they serve. I love the large common kitchen, dining and comfy sitting/TV area. Clark and Jalen in the office were very accommodating when I spoke with them regarding my desire to call this place home. They were personable yet professional. They answered all my questions - even my trivial ones! Can't wait to call this community home!
