Editing this comment after receiving the support regarding a pending issue from customer support. We have stayed here since 2016 and it is absolutely a pleasant experience while we stayed there at the community. Some of the positives are: 1. Quick Service 2. Online maintenance and rental payments 3. A decent community well kept If you are looking for a neat, decent community to live with the family, this is the best place to be.

We have loved our time here at Pinehurst and plan to renew our lease. I would have given 5 stars, but there is definitely room for improvement in snow removal and overflowing garbages.
