The food was pretty good overall. The wings weren't over cooked and the amount of sauce on the wings was perfect, in my opinion. I was disappointed though by the fact that I bought 20 wings on their buy one get one half off day and they would only let me pick two flavors... Really you're a wing shop!! Your purpose revolves around wings, give the people some choices!! I enjoy a good scene and good atmosphere but the last three times I've been here the music is always way too loud, I get you have a bar but you're a restaurant really. As a whole the experience was okay, the food being good was great but the atmosphere and lack of ability to choose more sauces/flavors really put a damper on my evening. I recommend the Nashville hot chicken sandwich

Another update: when we called them about our order , the person who answered the call was super nice and refunded our order. She apologized for the mistake. I will change my 2-start review from 2 to 4 at stars. UPDATE: I ordered 20 boneless and I got 20 regular wings!!! My wife hates regular wings!!After making a to go order by phone , they told me that I have to wait 30-45 mint to get it. I got there 50 mint after I made my order and they told me that I had to wait another 10-15 mint. Looks like they forgot about my order that I already paid and they were trying to get it out. Not happy about the front desk service.

I had a foreign object in my food (a rubber o-ring), and my order was wrong. I spoke with a manager over the phone (the kitchen manager, this happened 10/30/2021) and he said that he would refund my order. It's been almost a week and no refund has hit my account. The restaurant seemed clean, I did a carryout order. Food was ready on time and the staff were friendly from my limited interaction. Can't give it more than 1 star through, given the non food item in my food, and no follow through with a refund.

So it was the weekend and I was headed to Salt Lake City to attend my cousins wedding. It was fantastic and we all Celebrated rather hard at the wedding. Next thing I know it was night and I was heading back to the hotel. Of course I was starving and on the search for close by restaurants. Lucky me across the street from my hotel was a Bdubs! Personally, I love Bdubs and you can always count on the food. I was with my wife, father and his partner. They actually have never had Bdubs so it was a good experience. We pretty much all got boneless wings with different sauces. I would recommend mango habenero to anyone who loves the spice, Thai Curry for those in-betweeners and Classic Medium for an entry level heat. The wings were pretty darn good and the celery and carrots are a nice add on to help eliminate some heat. It was the first time I've ordered nachos at Bdubs and I don't regret it, they were delicious!!! Of course we had a couple beers also (to be honest I had probably drank enough at this point since the wedding). The waitress was incredibley nice and the service time was speedy. I have been to some locations that are slower so for a Bdubs the speed was great! Late night, mid day, or just when ever I recommend this place to everyone for a good time. -Colter
