Post care review update: when I first came to the ER things were fine however since my release from the hospital this doctors office has left me speechless for sometime! The cardiology department has caused me to lose over $15k by not completing the necessary paperwork for my job and insurance after months of calling, faxing and going into the office asking for assistance. Therefore I stoped going after seeing the level of professionalism, or lack there of in this office. I then had to go back to get a clearance letter and they took test and told me I need to get more test to make sure I’m not having another heart attack and that I would receive a call within 2 hours however not only did I never received a call had to keep calling and here it is 24 hours later and the doctor hasn’t even looked at the results and now they say he won’t be reading them until NEXT WEEK because he is now it of office! This is a disgusting lack of care especially considering it’s CARDIOLOGY! I am so incredibly disappointed and disgusted! I had to return to the ER due to the fact that I had 2 more clogged arteries and had to get two more stents. The first angels that I encounter were Dr. Norfleet and her colleague I never caught his name however I think it’s Dr. Conrad! They took really good care of me as well as the second set of angels I encountered Nurses Kimila and two others. They were very thorough as well as kind and gentle. They left no stone unturned and comforted me every step of the way! I was then sent to the critical are unit where I DID NOT want to go back to because of my experience the previous week. However I just refused to work with the nurse that had given me such a problem to end up blessed beyond words with two more angels! Catherine RN and Mark RN! Also the heart doctor Akamah and his team also was very kind and gentle with me.They all have truly been my angels at a very scary and vulnerable time in my life and I am beyond grateful for all of these precious wonderful people who love their jobs! ( and it shows) keep up the good work!! As a team they all came together and saved my life! I give them all my greatest thanks!!

This place is completely unprofessional they are rude they are neglectful and they falsify statements to benefit themselves I wouldn't let my worst enemy go to this hospital
