I've felt heard since my first visit with Dr. Isaac and PA Duffield. My Primary care doctor transferred me 5 months ago, after a very poor experience with another provider. This journey has not been easy, but Dr. Isaac's entire team of caring professionals has been so supportive. Visits can be less than an hour, but PA Duffield also allows me to complain, cry, and ask as many questions as I need. I never feel rushed. Jocelyn is vey responsive and very professional with all my administrative needs. This is by far the most compassionate care I've ever received and I trust them completely.

PA Duffield is absolutely horrible. Extremely rude and she definitely medically gaslit me. One of the worst experiences I've EVER had with a medical "professional". I am honestly surprised to see she still works at this establishment. I would never visit this place again. I would gladly drive out of my way (even with these gas prices) to never have to deal with that person ever again.
