Good service. Drive in had orders and we didn't wait long in line for our orders to dine inside. The order taker/server was nice and sweet person. Even when something was wrong with oder it was fix asap.

I ordered the 2 for $6, which for me was the two chicken strips on each sandwich with cheese, ranch, tomato and shredded lettuce. I also ordered the 4 piece mozzarella sticks for approximately $4.49. Mozzarella sticks, awesome as always. The chicken strip sandwiches, not so much. They would have been excellent, if, they were hot, but, they were not. They were barely warm.

So I am guessing you have a new employee or a new griddle - the tops of all our buns were burnt so badly that the burn transferred to the top of the meat….could have been a 1 off and I get it but you had to see them when assembling. 🔥 It’s frustrating…I will say that your employees are always friendly… can’t resist saying “well done” 😉 next time I’ll check before I pull away.

I walked in at lunchtime on Wednesday, March 23rd, 2022 and was greeted by probably the nicest person I've come into contact with in a long time. I don't have a name, and I don't want to embarrass her... she is a Caucasian lady about 5'-2" a little older, with blondish curly hair. What a joy to order my lunch from her; made my day. The world needs more people like her. Thank you, Arby's for hiring her and thank you wonderful lady for working, for staying in the workforce. You make a difference! Brent
