Thank you for your prompt callbacks and replies. Unfortunately, I couldn't answer the calls but I did reply to the text. When I initially called so long ago, I needed the soonest available appointment and was told I would get a callback. Since I don't continuously call and hound people to take my money, I gave up on your office after 2 weeks. Fortunately, I found another dentist and will not change because they actually call me back when they say they are going to. I do want to say, after getting past reception you are wonderful. You keep a nice office you just have an issue with followthrough.
I had United Concordia before and coverage was not that great. They recommended Delta Dental and I switched to Delta...big difference. I'd recommend Delta Dental.
