Worse customer service ever!!!! I tried to cash a check that was mobile deposited somewhere else but was rejected. Thinking they would cash it since they have done so for the exact same problem in the past but for a different check. I was wrong. At first they would of let me cash it if I showed them proof that it was cancelled at the bank I tried to deposit the check at the first time. But when I went back in to show them proof, the manager called her district manager and told me they could not cash it. But, it was my mistake going there in the first place because I forgot that the bank on post will cash the check for free even if you do not have an account with them. So, I just took the check up there with them and was able to cash the check with no problem. Lesson learned. I saved my self about $11.00 in fees as well. So, everything worked out by NOT getting my check cashed here. Thanks easy money……..”NOT”

Stood in line for an hour to cash a check, I've used this store for 2 years and have never had to wait so long nor been treated poorly by staff until the manager that has been here that previous 2yrs left for another job. Now this place is terrible.
