Popeye’s is 1 of my favorite spots to eat from. Whenever I visit Wilson I stop here. Throughout my visit my food is always hot & fresh. My order was never messed up. The customer service was friendly as well. The inside and parking lot is always clean.

Customer service was NOT good!! Report was they weren't even taking orders! I went outside to see what was going on.. NOone was friendly. ! Which makes one want to leave!! You could tell they didn't like their jobs. But the manager didn't know how to LEAD! If he didn't talk down to them, they would be happier & produce more!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager(I guess)an older lady in a green shirt was taking orders. My husband and I came in and ordered our food, everything was good at first until it came to prepare my order. I asked for two 3 piece chicken Tenders and forgot to tell her I wanted half mild and half spicy. She turned around and sighed SO loud and loudly “whispered” gosh! And also she shakes her head and I think she did it on our for me to see! Wow how disgusting. She then continued making whispers like that after every question she asked me. Mind you there were two customers before me that she attended so nicely and genuinely. I had come here during the day and the staff were amazing! I will NEVER go back here during night shift. Nobody ever treated me like this.I really wanted to dine in but I didn’t feel comfortable doing so. Not to mention a man came in before us and asked a question and she answered him so rudely! I’m not sure she treated us like that because of our race but the two customers that she attended was her same race which she cared for them so amazingly.

The food was good, the staff were friendly, my order is always correct when I go. Even if there is a long line it all moves fairly quickly. The food is always hot. Great experience!
