They fit me in the next day and he fixed my filing at no charge. I paid the exam fee, the Dentist was funny, nice, personable, and his work was great!

They did an amazing job on my broken tooth! Still need to have this hole in my tooth addressed and my deep clean but other than that they did an amazing job! It seems to me where they have their problems are Rush orders and scheduling especially for dentures

My first 2 visits went very well. On 6/18/2020, I had my first visit with Dr. Disdier. He was very understanding and informed me that I needed 5 teeth extracted. I have a hole in my wisdom tooth that had me in pain. He prescribed me meds and referred me to an oral surgeon. Unfortunately, my surgey will not be performed until August 7. My wisdom tooth pain has exacerbated and left my cheek and gums swollen. Even after weeks of cold compresses, Ibuprofen, and salt water rinses. I called to discuss what I should do and the staff made an appointment today and I was told to come at 1. I finally went to the back at 230 and told the nurse what was going on. She wanted to prescribe me something that hasn't worked for my dental pain. I hate taking meds but at this point, I just need something to help with pain management until I get it extracted. I declined and was then told that I wouldn't get anything different for pain relief and that was that. I never saw the doctor. she didnt even bother to look inside my mouth to see what was happening.I dont even know her name. I've heard patients and staff talk about a female doctor that works there in an unflattering light. They had nothing good to say about her. Maybe this was her? I politely left. I hope I never have to deal with her again. I am looking up remedies to try at home to calm my dental pain until I can get my extractions done and find a different dental practice.
