Worst experience for emergency. Hell lot of time. Came in for a Covid positive. It took around a day to test and result. Nurse took blood and forgot to put label. Took the blood work again. Nurses are new and doctors are new. Health of people are considered very less.

My aunt has been seen in this ER (closest to her nursing home) for the third time last night. They still can't figure out what is going on. When we requested a transfer to Duke, the ER provider said they would after running a few tests. We left our names and phone numbers before we left for a quick nap. They said they would call before sending her. We received no phone calls. When we got back to the ER, they had already sent her back to her nursing home- with no notification! Why would no one put in the request for transfer or bother to call!? Not to mention, they sent her back with blood all over her gown and we don't know where it came from. This kind of "care" is deplorable!

If I could give this hospital a zero I would! They are literally the worst hospital ever and they do not care about their patients. I went in on June 10th, letting them know that I was pregnant and leaking fluids. They had me wait several hours in the waiting area just to tell me I had a uti, they didn’t even check to see what the fluid I was leaking was. The doctor who saw made a slick comment on he could tell it was my first pregnancy and down played my concerns. I was sent home and on the 12th I woke up to heavy bleeding, I went back to the ER, where they had us waiting 4 hours even though I was possibly miscarrying. We finally decided to leave and went to another hospital, where we were taken in right away and I ended up miscarrying. My water had broken and Wilson literally did no testing or even tried to take my concerns serious. Had they checked, things could have possibly turned out different.

Charles Blevins MD is a joke of a doctor, as a mandated reporter be careful. he will do whatever he can to involve cps with your child. He tries to challenge you and seems to think he’s better than you. He LIED after being told that there was no basis to make sure cps was involved. The cps case agent even stated she didn’t know why she was here because my son was definitely not abused. Shame on you Charles Blevins you bring shame upon your workplace and family
