If it wasn't for my experience with Dr. Pike I wouldn't leave a single star. Ownership really needs to restructure their administration dept. Front office is clueless, they seem to be lost everytime I walk in & the practice manager is never available. Billing & accounting are contracted out & they don't speak to each other so you never get anything accomplished. Endless circles of calling & talking to people who can't help you because your concern needs to be addressed by another dept. This means you need to call their directory again & hope someone answers the phone because if you leave a message good luck receiving a call back. Just awful, stay away.

I have been a patient of this office for over a year. Have seen multiple nurse practitioners as well as Dr. Pike himself. They are very personable there. But the wait times are ridiculous you sit in the waiting room and are finally called back 30 minutes after your appointment then you wait another 30 in the exam room. Stop taking new patients if you can't even see the ones you have in n a timely manner. Not to mention some of the nurse practitioners that have been on staff need to check their bedside manner

Dr. Pike is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. His staff is nice and the lab is fantastic (best experience I’ve ever had!). I’ll certainly be referring family and friends to Dr. Pike’s office. I’m very happy that he’s here in Clarksville!
