This has to be one of the best RV parks I’ve ever stayed at. It is difficult to find a park in S Cali that allows long term spaces, and to find one this nice is a rare gem. The staff is amazing, friendly and accommodating. The owners (CJ) are onsite daily, and are amazing, Donna the manager is extremely nice, not to mention funny! The residents are super friendly and so easy to get along with, I have absolutely ZERO complaints! Quiet, clean, friendly and so close to just about everything in San Diego County. So glad I was able to find this gem and get to experience the amazing staff and residents. I very much look forward to staying here again!! I really enjoyed having the Market in the park as well, they have great food, good prices, friendly, clean and convenient! Highly recommend Champagne Lakes RV Resort!!

High quality RV park you can call home with no moving hassle/permanent residency potential. They provide good rates and mail service. With Family &empty-nesters, this campground is low-key place to settle down and feel safe with the gates that keep non-residents out and high security providing comfort of safety. I know people that have stayed here in the past and currently; I've been visitor to family and friends and not heard a negative statement. If your a night person, night worker, or like night activity like fiestas and fires this may not be for you. Amenities include pool, small beach w/playground, fishing pond with fish you can eat. Walking paths and trails. Spacious sites that are very clean and neat landscaping. They also have storage lockers and inexpensive laundry facilities. Nice people for neighbors in a supportive community. This park has added areas and road & grown a lot in a years time!
