Great views and nice to have an elevator. They're always repainting and freshening up. Trees just got trimmed. Use the gym all the time. Don't understand about what the guy said about the balconies, I see all kinds of stuff on the balconies. We always get help when we need it. Old fridge not cooling? New one right away. AC/heating great, parking great, pool great in the warm months, ... Love the managers.

This place is DISGUSTING, the elevators r always full of human piss, your lucky if you don’t get stuck in the elevator, the hallways in the buildings are INFESTED with COCKROACHS. You can literally see clusters of roaches on the walls and in the elevators. Maintenance and NEW MANAGEMENT are incredibly rude and out for themselves . .. i am in the process of filling a report with the health department and there are at least 100 more reports on this property that other people have submitted . The photos below are just the roaches that are in the hallway before u get to the elevator. Can any one imagine how bad they r inside the actual units? Unsanitary living conditions .

Beware of this place!!!! If you think this apartment place is affordable and looks great it's not!! Don't expect for them to do anything for you when your toilet is broken for 3 days, or refer friends 2 to be exact and get only $50 Walmart card, parking is the worst expect to park at Walmart! Your car will get stolen and they'll keep raising the rent. They don't care about you or your living situation all they care about is the money. Oh and that deposit you think you'll get some back don't you'll owe them money even if you give them a 30 day notice. Oh and that manager Melissa she doesn't care about you or your needs she cares about herself and she'll lie to you to your face make sure you get copies of things because she and this place are joke. Do yourself a favor just find another apartment place that maybe a little more but it will be worth it. If I could give this place no stars I would!!!!

This place is really good with fixing any issues that arise. It's walking distance to most places. Parking is not that great but you can park at Walmart if you need extra space for another vehicle. Great pool. Mailroom and Laundry are available at your convenience. A/C works well. Been living here for almost a year and plan to stay longer. This place is way better than next door.
