Nice place to live a quiet neighborhood but these red curbs all over the whole park meaning you can't load your things without being threatened to be towed away also what about on holidays when you have family and the guest parking is all taken which it always is I think management has a thing about towing people and it's not fair I think they must be getting a cut from the tow company anybody else agree. Apart from this issue, my neighbors are nice people. Friendly and pretty smiling faces. It's a safe community environment. Just don't forget if you park out front! Or your looking at a hefty fine.

The best family park in Escondido and San Marcos hands down. I did my research before buying in here and trust me when i say this that it is a great park. Only a 150 lots so its one of the smaller parks as well. HOA is investing our reserve in our children playground and the clubhouse. We have an awesome HOA board of directors that really care and look out for our best interest.

Nice community.. quiet, easygoing. Parking is limited sometimes... Red curbs annoying, .. and for some reason everywhere... "including across everything, driveways, and handicap spaces." Still not a bad area of town. So definitely.. nice in that aspect of things.

Yes and no. This is a resident owned community but is owned in condominium, ie you own an undivided interest in the entire complex.
