No, you do not own the land. You pay space rent plus utilities every month. Beautiful park---Lots of trees.🙂 Yes, you can walk your dog.
Casa De Amigos is a retirement community for seniors age 55 & older. It occupies the same property as the West side of the Mountain Shadows park. Mountain Shadows is an HOA and all new move-ins must purchase the property and pay a mortgage and HOA fees. Some residents are grandfathered in with a space rent agreement, otherwise all residents pay mortgage on their property. That is the Mountain Shadows side of the property. I assume Casa De Amigos is the same. I would call the office just to be sure though. I hope that helps
