This bank is total full-service! All the staff is very helpful including Erwin and Gianna and Caleb and Renee and Scott the branch manager. I travel from Northern Arizona each month to this branch. To do all my money management and credit cards. The staff goes the extra mile to help me get the most out of all the bank services and credit card options. They are very efficient. This is the best branch in southern Arizona. I have been to other branches however this branch exceeds my expectations always.

Pathetic record keeping. U.S. bank had my lease for my Tesla. Their systems are so messed up. I had a 36 month lease. I extended the lease for 1 month. Therefore, I should have made 37 payments.
