I went in to get a blow out and color by which turned out beautiful btw but I’m biracial with chemical free naturally curly hair I’m convinced they put chemicals in my hair without my permission my hair is bone straight even after washing and working out

Was over charged for a dye, & trim. Was told over the phone that it was$75 & the conditioner was included ( I had an coupon for a free cond). Was told coupon wasn't needed. I thought I'll get a trim and price will be $85, but my card was charged $100... When I asked why, she started talking fast and trying to break down charges, but it never added up
~40$ for a wash, blow & flat iron on natural hair.
