These human beings that have then given probation over incarceration, even though many were in custody for extended periods of time prior to sentencing, have experienced hell on Earth in every aspect of their lives. Judged and ridiculed by society. even after serving their time and paying their fines and classes etc they are forever branded. Why is it set up so easily to hang themselves after all of this stress and terror they survived through the entire judicial and penal system? Those who have to say otherwise have never sat in a cell while the world moves on without you and many, many people lose everything they ever had? Any officer or government agent who represents themselves distastefully or arrogantly based on the individuals current status. Is a vulgar display of misplaced hate. What you put out reverberates back in some form or another. Be aware when you are being intolerable to those who have been more broken than you could fathom. Have a good day.
