When the chain broke on my bike midway through a ride, my husband and I managed to make it to Hilltop Cranford riiight before they closed on a Friday. The technicians were kind enough to stay and fix the chain for us (for free) -- and they even gave us some solution to wash off the grease that had covered our hands. Since then, they've checked two of our bikes and done an amazing job.
