If I go with ProVia /Renewable by Anderson front door purchase & install, who do I go to for install issues and or quality issues? Is there a cutoff when Anderson is no longer obligated? Will Anderson installers do pre install measure and install?

Frank Flanigan | Sep 28, 2021
Renewal by Andersen of NJ/NY Metro | Sep 28, 2021

Frank, all warranty work for the door and installation are covered by us, so you will always have one company accountability including sales, installation and service. All of our installers are factory trained, tested and certified. We also do pre-install measuring. You can call our team at 800-220-6868 and they can answer any questions you may have and help you with your project :)

Where is the fibrex exposed?

Ralph Cutillo | Sep 28, 2020
Renewal by Andersen of NJ/NY Metro | Sep 28, 2020

Ralph, thank you for your inquiry! Different window styles will have different parts exposed, but in general the entire frame and sashes are made of Fibrex, so everything outside of the glass (except hardware and metal components) is Fibrex and ultimately exposed. It is a very durable product that does not rot. If you would like a more specific answer based on a specific design, you can always reach out to our service team at (908) 497-1020 and they can answer any questions you might have :)

Ralph, thank you for the inquiry! It's really up to you, but one of our managers said that they would recommend a minwax stain and polyurethane coating. Hope this helps :)
