All of our installers are factory trained, tested and certified. We also do pre-install measuring. Different window styles will have different parts exposed, but in general the entire frame and sashes are made of Fibrex, so everything outside of the glass (except hardware and metal components) is Fibrex and ultimately exposed. It is a very durable product that does not rot.
