This place shouldn't even be a Hilton brand. The location was the only good thing about it. You have some restaurants and fast food places close by which is good. But the towels in the room were stained and were filled with hair. They don't offer any cookies like that's what they're known for but nope not this location. They don't give free breakfast or even acknowledge that you're a member even if you're just blue. But the worse of all which is why they were given one star is because upon check in they only ask for credit card no ID so they don't know if you're actually using your card or someone else's card. My name was the only one on the reservation but gave a key to someone without even checking ID luckily the person was my mother but still. They need a lot of work and customer service training until it's up to Hilton standards.

Made this reservation for a dear friend who is blind. Since she would be arriving by Uber and leaving the same way, I asked many questions of the staff to ensure that their customer service was at a high enough level to accommodate such a guest. They went above and beyond in caring for my friend, reading her the menu to order breakfast and dinner, delivering it to her room and checking on her. She said she felt she was treated like a queen. I really appreciate the good and kind people of this world!

A pleasant experience overall. Convenient freeway access and plenty of restaurants nearby. It was March 2022 when we traveled here, the restaurant was short staffed for dinner and no room service, breakfast buffet was good. There is a security presence at the property, which concerned us. Special parking marked for police, and security had a golf cart that circled the building. There are empty buildings nearby and people coming and going on foot, some could be homeless, it was sad. The staff was great, but we probably won’t go back the area was not great.

Lovely place and very friendly. Swift check in and a nice ambiance in the lobby. They did offer free sweets which was kind however a member of my party has blood sugar issues and another has a nut allergy. Happy to see security presence at so many local hotels especially on new years eve. Room was perfect temp and has a fridge i forgot to take a picture of in the tv stand and another mirror in the hallway. Has a nice mix of home and hotel and office in one room. All colors and lighting is pleasant and makes you feel relaxed already.
