this is purely based off of a phone call. the lady who helped me, did an amazing job of explaining the whole process to me. She was very helpful and kind! I hope I have continued good experience with them!

Can’t give you any information, even though they have all of yours. If the judge orders something they can go around it. 30 mins on hold, can’t email directly, will be given short unhelpful directions just to be call around and then spend another 30 because you had to call back. Can’t speak to supervisor only leave a voicemail. What is our tax money paying for why isn’t there more competency or direct correlation with the court?

Extremely rude and helpless.

Keep all receipts show where you have been living there by mail or showing that you had a dress there or that you were doing things for your children black and white never lies
The only way you wouldn't receive child support because you made gotten AFDC in the past so the state will get their uncle sam first. Since the children are grown now than the only money that is owe is the back support only no more current support so check with your case worker at the child support office and they will let you know if you owe the state or not luv.... *Blessings*
Call child support office to get your TCES number. It is also on any correspondence from the child support office.
Got to the courts and ask or file a montion
No, because there is no way to prove paternity. Find out what all paperwork is needed and just be ready for when court actually happens. It's not greedy. It's being responsible when the other parent isn't and making sure you have funds the other parent should be paying anyways because they helped create this child.
Get a letter of release from child support. You do NOT have to have it all paid. As Long as you are in compliance with the agreement, you should not have to big of a problem.
File Contempt of Court threw the childsupport office or for faster services, go to the Juvenile Court on the Grounds floor and file it there but it will be A fee there but you will need all the info on the NCP (Father) and your TCSES # also and A current address on the Father also to serve him papers... I'm going to become an Advocate & A Mediator soon to help on Family Law Child Support Resolution soon and I will give everyone my contact info soon...
