File Contempt of Court threw the childsupport office or for faster services, go to the Juvenile Court on the Grounds floor and file it there but it will be A fee there but you will need all the info on the NCP (Father) and your TCSES # also and A current address on the Father also to serve him papers... Do what is fair y'all share joint custody then it want be a problem stop letting the system dictate you all's life it is only hurting the child it goes to show they don't want to do their job so y'all do what's best for the child and y'all share joint custody
Getting the child support office to do anything is like pulling teeth...you have to do it yourself which is filing a contempt thru juvenile court like the other lady said or hire a attorney and let them do the leg work and make him pay for your attorney
