I have never had an office staff person be as hateful to me as the lady who I dealt with about a bill that I had received that should have not been charged to me. I spoke to her on the telephone as well as in person about this matter and she was hateful both times. When working with the public, providing good customer service and trying to accommodate and help your customers should be required.

Update. Just spoke to the very very rude call taker.. sounded like he was in bed sleeping like like hard night. Might want to take him for a breath a lizer this morning! Very rude. He sounded like not my problem it will get fixed when it get fixed Sunday! Sunday morning. Want to take a shower. No water pressure/very very low. Call the emergency after hours. Answering machine only. I have on call/ emergency phone. I have to answer it period!

We just moved here and everyone has been so nice and helpful. But this particular utility company is not one of them! Dealing with their so-called office manager has to be one of the rudest and disrespectful experiences I've ever encountered. It is hard to believe that there's companies in 2022 that still operate in this manner.

Awesome quick service to set up water account. Staff members were extremely efficient, friendly and informative. We also set up irrigation and they were professional and responsive! Thank you for great service!
