Great hotel but ladies at desk early afternoon/morning rude. I was with a company and they and shuttle service (Boss Taxi) they used for my transportation sucked. I'd call say ready to go back 1st day waited 2 hours told wait 2 different places than was told that morning when dropped off. She was rude and revolving stories of you were in wrong place (only 1 place on that property to be picked up and dropped off as security is tight, I uber, Lyft, taxi all 1 p/u drop-off location.) Need get that together but room was clean bed comfy mini fridge etc. Even a balcony was nice! Just need put chair or 2 on balcony.

Avoid it if you can - it’s dated, but clean. $130 got us a room from 5:30 AM to noon☹️ Good enough for a couple hours of sleep then a shower and back on the road. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work, and only had decaf ☹️ You can’t get ANY coffee unless you sit down and order from the restaurant - which is currently closed at 9:41 AM on Friday….this place is not really worth what they charge. Emergency use only …..

This hotel isn't bad. Came here for an orientation. I guess the photos of remodeled rooms are fake because it still has a dated style with awkward red carpets. Maybe only the furniture was upgraded, but it was clean. I liked the small balcony..... but there is a lot of outside noise leaking through the large glass doors...you can hear everything outside. Anyways I was expecting it to be worse but it was a little better than my expectations at least. Definitely over priced.

Stayed here for Schneider Trucking Orientation. The room was dirty, and the noise from the expressway kept me up all night. The building is surrounded by homeless drifters asking for handouts and would harass my husband and I as we would walk past them. The breakfast attendant was VERY rude, and served frozen bagels with frozen cream cheese. The coffee was awful tasting too. We are going home early, and will be looking for a different job. This is no way to treat a prospective employee. Not an ideal place to put someone who is trying to learn. Would not recommend to anyone who wants good sleep or a nice place to bring their family.
