Didn't eat this day just needed a drink, the bartender was very nice and maintained a very nice atmosphere. Alot of choices I made were not available however I didn't leave dissatisfied.

Don't bother. At 1130 they have no waiters and say they can't seat us for 15 minutes because of that. The waiters are meandering in about 1130. Yet they say they open at 11. There are two managers. One is dusting off the wine rack one peg at a time. The other has been talking to the Chef and the two cashiers for 15 minutes about having no waiters. There are 3 people at the hostess stand talking and telling one other party to wait. So it's 8 employees and 4 customers, yet they can't even seat those 4 customers. Since when did the customers have to wait for the employees to come in and get their act together? They clearly don't want you business!

He never used the waiting list but you can call Olive Garden when they open and asked that question they should be able to assist you and 10 to 14 people is not a lot they should be able to accommodate that with even putting tables together..... Hopefully this helps and enjoy your event
They do maintain a waiting list and if you call ahead, they keep you on top of the list. However, they don't reserve a table perse.
