My mother had spiders in every corner of her room! Mold was present upon entering the building. Patients were free to Rome the hall with no locks on the door. The room had blood stains all around it. The nurse tried to kill a large spider with my moms bottle of sanitizer, she missed and the spider fell on my moms bed. Bathrooms were disgusting. Rooms were not clean, swept or sanitized. There were still crumbs on the table from the previous patient! The took my mothers pain medication and said none was ordered for her! She only stayed for an hour and I took her to the hospital. If you love your loved one please do not take them here! I will be contacting the better business bureau first thing Monday morning!

Unless you can have a family member present 24 hours a day, I definitely would not recommend this place. My sister was there for rehab. Was fine one day and the next she was being rushed to the hospital. They waited until after I got there to call 911. The doctor should have taken action much earlier. Would never recommend this facility.

Why can’t I give zero stars! This is one of the worst places. It may look nice in the lobby and the hallway all but don’t send your family members there! They sent my dad home because he wanted to go home so I was just told by a social worker. They never consulted the family. They knew he lived by himself and sent him home when he can’t stand up no longer than 30-45 seconds and only with help. Can’t get up off a chair by himself, can’t do anything. They wanted him out of there, Once when I called them the picked up then hung up the phone, it took three calls to get someone. When I needed to put money on an account so he could get something to drink or a snack, they said the financial person had quit, I asked wasn’t there someone who was doing the job until they found someone, the lady said it was her but she didn’t know how to put money on a persons account.

The staff at this facility have been fantastic to our family and especially my mother. They treated her as their own and she was able to get healed up and is now back home. They were so good that we are having my Dad moved from another facility to this one.
