No. It is a skate park. Skateboards, penny boards, longboards, rollerskates, scooters, rollerblades are all allowed. Enjoy!
There are pictures on the Google maps that has a picture of the rules for park on it. But Zachary is right they are not allowed and as long as you aren't being rude the people there won't have a problem.
Of course people are gonna make fun of you. Who cares. do you want to skate or not?
It's actually posted in the rules that bikes aren't allowed, but it hasn't stopped anyone in the past. Just be aware of everyone around you as your faster and harder to dodge and you'll be fine
