I’ve been to several urgent care facilities but have never in my life been so positively affected by just so nice…super nice employees … starting with the receptionist. I was in great pain and she was very kind and understanding helped me with the paperwork I needed to fill out. Then my nurse was so friendly and kind and just easy to talk to and fun and knew what she was doing to make me feel at ease. My doctor came in and showed real concern for my well-being and made me feel like I mattered to her. She knew her stuff and her diagnosis was spot on and the shot I was given made me feel much better very quickly. And the prescriptions will see the pain the rest of the way out. I was just so thankful for how nice everyone was being from out of town I don’t know anyone in Franklin and appreciate the service and blown away with everyone’s kindness and understanding. Thank you so much!
