Lobby tables were all dirty except a few. I ordered avocado on my burgers and they didn't tell me they were out, they just handed me my food. They didn't know how to process my refund either. The common sense is definitely lacking at this location when the manager on duty doesn't know how to run the store.

Got 3 original chicken sandwiches at 830 am, you would think they would be fresh. They were not,they were tough cold and the frys were luke warm and no forks for the pies and no ketchup like we asked for.

went to this store 5/1/2022 . while ordering the person kept on saying "what" to every item that i was trying to order. when i spoke in a louder voice so she could hear me a male individual came over the speaker telling me to not be rude. i advised that person i was not being rude just speaking louder so that the person taking my order could hear me. when i got to the window the male individual came to the window and continued to tell me that i was rude. i again told him i had raised my voice to be heard and he continued to address me me in a negative manner. i was told that he was the shift manager. i will not be returning to burger klng in the future due to this encounter.

I love my Whoppers thank you to all the staffing management awesome service especially the front lady running register and also with headset on seem to be running drive through as well and cleaning tables all while she was doing all of this she deserves a raise she was awesome thank you again Burger King for a great lunch
