So not only do they make it difficult for WORKING PARENTS / INDIVIDUALS by closing at 4:30 but they want to lock the doors 10 minutes prior to 4:30 to make things extra sweet!! I guess I'll have to leave work extra, EXTRA early next time (& lose more money) to make it here in time next time for their ridiculous operating hours!

Just call the doctors office first to see if they have any openings. Then call medicade and have them switched. Your going to have to get a referral from the doctor he is already at.
Medicaid is income based.
