I have been going to this place for years and I am not pleased at all. They never return calls! I like my doctor but the majority of the time I’m dealing with my doctors nurse who is extremely rude! She was discussing a medication i take with me and refused to give me anymore because I was having to take it once a day for a long period of time (zofran) I have been throwing up constantly! If you need in quick due to a issue they will not try to help you. If I’m having this serious of issues I really wish they cared enough to return my calls..also I have been on zofran for 8 years!

Had a 12:50 PM CST appointment as a new patient here today (8/8/2022, 420 Lowell Drive, Huntsville, Ste 204), but that didn't even happen. The reason why? The sign on the door stated they can provide "one mask per patient" if the visitor has no mask. Although I had a mask, but my daughter did not. I brought her along so she could get to know the new doctor as well; in case she ever needs to reach out on my behalf. She didn't realize her mask wasn't in her tote she normally carries. The assistant at the front desk told me that since I already had a mask, she could not provide the allowed mask to my daughter since she isn't the patient. There were no other people in the office waiting to be seen. I stood and watched my daughter (through the glass wall) wait outside in the hallway as I went back and forth with this staff member about who can receive a mask that the office obviously offers. The fact that my daughter respected the office enough to wait outside since she didn't have one was enough for me. I even asked if I could just get the mask for her to use since I was the patient. She just went on to say, "it doesn't work that way." Meanwhile, another staff member can be seen walking around with a mask hanging below her chin. When I'm seeking some type of service (especially when it involves my health and children), first impression is EVERYthing. If I'm in an office to receive medical treatment, but you're more concerned with who wears the "free" mask, you're in the wrong line of business and you're hurting the organization or doctor(s) you work for. Because of this service, I left without even seeing the doctor. I had doubts about this visit due to the reviews. Now, I understand.

Edit: I have read the comments and see others are running into similar issues that I had. They are obviously not fixing the problem. If you are running into them not returning your calls and showing blatant malpractice through gross negligence and signing up everyone for ever test they can you aren’t alone. You will notice they respond to every post, not mine though. They know just how dirty they treated me and I have told them what I am going to do to be compensated for the missed work and wages directly related to their lack of standard of care! After seeing all these continued posts, class action is on its way. Be prepared for whatever issue you are dealing with, to continue on for several months longer than it needs to be, or possibly just keep going on until you are dead. They schedule you to take ever test and scan under the sun and then forget about you and refuse to take or return your calls. They admitted to me they dropped the ball in my case, leaving my life in shambles. I would love to give all the details but it wont post my review with all of the info. My primary doctor even said that he stopped sending any patients there like 10-15 years ago because they just refuse to call any of their patients back or follow up with any of them. So it is not a new issue, just one that they do not care to fix. If you want to feel better and have someone who cares weather you die or not, don't go here.

Do you know when governor drive is? It is behind women and children's. Make a right a the Toc building which is at Franklin and governors drive another right at the first street which is Lowell drive and it is the 2nd or 23rd building on your right. The address is park in the parking garage on the 2nd floor
