Since purchasing our travel trailer a few months ago we have experienced a few issues from the camper itself and the Waits RV staff has done a fantastic job just being there and helping out. Alex in particular has done an amazing job with getting everything corrected and making sure we are taking care of and had what we needed!

Purchased a '14 Itasca Sunstar 35f in April '22. They had a week to prep for delivery. When I showed up at the agreed date and time to take delivery the couch was not ready. Tech was root'n around I assume preforming a pre-delivery inspection. I had the rig inspected by an independent and forwarded a short list of items to be addressed. 7 ites. Not one was addressed. Spent 2hrs on Good Friday with the tech addressing shower stall, EMERGEMCY EXIT window, inverter, leveling system. Was dropped off, live 2hrs away, I was taking delivery of that truck! Once I had enough of assisting thier tech(?) I agreed to take delivery. Salesman rolled the unit to the yard gate. Got in the driver seat...ABS light is on. F__kn Salesman tells me don't worry bout it. I'll reset itself. This guy knows I'm a tech. He recently left a sister dealership. I still kick myself for not squashing the deal at that point. Told him back it up. Let's pull codes. Thier tech , same one I had to assist prepping the truck for deliver got on board with a code reader. Told me no codes or he couldn't pull a code. Spoke to the owner, son, agreed to take delivery with a weowe to get the ABS straight. Was a rear wss I changed myself. They have not reimbursed me for the part. Inverter fried, tie rod ends worn, they did no pre delivery inspection or prep. Not even an oil dhange. Aesthetically the rv looks great. We will make a goof it. STAY AWAY FROM WAITS. I'm at fault for taking delivery. Didn't have a ride. Guys are hacks
