I talked to Tracy a week ago. She told me they were waiting for prescription from Dr. So i faxed the prescription over to them on sat of last week. Thursday still haven't received the freestyle meter. So i called back today 5-8-21 talked to karen thats her real name but she did act like a rude KAREN. She told me they were waiting on prescription i replied no maam i faxed the orders from my own home on sat. In fac i did it twice just to make sure the received it. I ha e confirmation proving they received the faxes. I told ruse mare. Cancel and i will take it to publix. She said go for it. They don't care. Then hung up. Very poor customer service. Should be fired
