Went for a Quest drug screen. Had to wait and hold my pee for and hour. Pretty uncomfortable. Recommend getting an appointment or going to a different testing location.

I waited for over 45 minutes for a pre-employment drug screen. It was not very busy, but perhaps they are short staff. The low rating is for the inability to communicate with you. I had to stand at the front desk for the last 10 minutes to have one of the two people to acknowledge my presence and answer my question. Very disappointing

I have never encountered a person so rude who won’t let you speak when you have questions than the Girl with tattoos in the Receptionist Desk. I have never felt so minimized by a person. If she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t be there.

Very rude, Did not even speak or ask if i needed assistance when i walked in. They ignored me further more as if I didn't even exist. I would not recommended going to this clinic!!!
