Carlos of Golden West PHSE was one of the better technicians i've ever had the pleasure to interact with. Very polite and amiable! In this time of Covid he was followed guidelines and mask use which i appreciated. Carlos spent a lot of time going through the workings of our boiler heating system which was very helpful. It did not take long for him to complete his inspection and made several sensible recommendations for the future. Golden West Should definitely hang on to Carl as he is an excellent and very knowledgeable individual that represents himself and the company in the very best manner. I would highly recommend Goldeln West Plumbing, Heating, Air conditioning and Electrical for my future needs. By the way their pricing was very good for services provided.

They came out to winterize and shut down my Swamp Cooler, as they have for a couple of years now. The team is responsive and supportive, from the folks taking the calls who helped rearrange my appointment the same day to cover everything to the techs who walked me through everything going on with my equipment.
