Everything is handled on time right up until your check clears after that...no. My cabinets and appliances have all been ordered incorrectly 3 times. My project was supposed to take place in FEB 21. Then moved to Apr 21. As of 4/18/22 my kitchen is still missing doors, has incorrect appliances. When I inquire I get passed around from person to person, apologized too and then ghosted. Absolutely horrible.

We meet with Judith at the Design Center for help with a complete remodel of our kitchen(our 1st remodel). She was so nice and helpful and showed us different options as well as giving ideas from her perspective. She let us know different timelines for manufactures delivery, and although taking a few months, she had set the right and realistic expectation. Our PM was Journee, he was great and so responsive! We felt he really was a partner in our remodeling. We shared ideas and he understood and addressed any concerns we had. A very nice guy and he wanted to make sure that our expectations were met and that we were happy customers. Success. I would recommend him to anyone doing their remodeling.
