Best doctor in San Diego area , I had a really bad dislocating shoulder, if I shook someone's hand my shoulder would come out at least 800 to 1000 dislocations these past 4 years and had been to 3 to 4 doctors/surgeons and none of them could help but Dr Heinz with the help of Dr Singh did the best they could with the utmost care.
