The city should not be giving out narcotics or needles. We need sidewalks and parks that are not covered with used needles. Clean them up and stop it. Women, children and pets cannot safely walk down the sidewalks as long as this is going on.

The guy who said the city should not supply IV users with fresh rigs, you're so ignorant. If the city doesn't supply fresh needles- that in no way prevents users from using. People would use dirty needles, and more sharing of the dirty needles would take place. Disease would spread making the streets dirtier.... No one wants dirty needles around.... A great way to prevent people from leaving their dirty needles on the floor is to give you a new one for your old one. Hence people will hold onto their dirty needles rather than leaving them around. Just because you don't like something doesn't mean it will crease to exist. Accept your surroundings or change them. Accept what you can't change.

I don’t think they will sell them, but usually every exchange program will give you a few even if you don’t have any to exchange.

I'm from out of state an I need to exchange my used for some new can I come there?

They don’t ask for ID or anything. I’m like 99.9% sure that you’ll be able to do it. It’s not as if it’s a state run program, it’s there to keep people safe and healthy.
