We recently completed a total kitchen remodel and used BKC for our design and cabinets. We are thrilled with how our kitchen turned out! Jennie was recommended by a friend and we cliqued instantly. She took her time getting a feel for our space and listened to what we wanted while at the same time giving her professional opinion. We don't have a huge space and are limited by walls and windows but Jennie was able to give us two different designs after she met with us and updated these designs each time we requested changes. We are visual people and seeing renderings was very helpful. Once we found a design we liked, we were able to order appliances and then cabinets. Jennie was up front about the lengthy production timeline for cabinets and fortunately there was no delay. We had a few items that were missing, damaged or produced incorrectly by the cabinet manufacturer but none of these caused a delay in installation. We appreciated that our contractor, his installer and Jennie had a great working relationship because we did not have to micro-manage any of the project. Jennie returned emails and phone calls promptly and that is something I always appreciate. Also, once the big decisions were out of the way, Jennie helped me with small items like cabinet hardware, floating shelves and lighting. I find those small details overwhelming and it was really nice to have Jennie's input. We will be using BKC when it comes time to update our bathrooms and I have given out Jennie's contact info to many friends. We are just so happy with our beautiful kitchen!

Talk about an A+ project! Jennie came out to our home several times to ensure we had all the aspects of the kitchen remodel captured and represented in her renderings. She stayed close to the project and has done a great job from a Day 2 support perspective as the project has completed but a few 'dings' needed to be cared for. Overall, I would have the utmost confidence recommending her for future projects to both friends and family.
